Devoxx France 2025 Exhibitor prices and packages
What are the different kinds of sponsorship formulas?
All prices are without the French V.A.T of 20%. As a physical trade-show in Europe, Devoxx France must collect the V.A.T for European based companies. Non-European companies are not elligible to V.A.T and thus, will pay the net price.
Each package includes ‘Exhibitor’ and ‘UNI, CONF or COMBI’ badges, depending on the subscribed level.
Exhibitor’ badges are not necessarily personal. They are reserved for the people on your stand. You can exchange them and pass them on to each person in charge of the stand. They give you earlier access to the exhibition area, and allow you to have lunch in a dedicated area during the show.
"UNI", "CONF" and "COMBI" badges give access to the conference rooms and keynotes, as well as to the lower floor. They also give access to the exhibition area. However, they do not allow you to enter the show before the public.
Please note: badges will not be taken back or stored during the 3 days by the organisers. You must keep your badge visible at all times. Lost badges are not replaced and cannot be reissued.
If you would like to buy tickets for the conference, we are reserving 500 places between December and February, which you can buy at the normal price. There are no special discounts, as Devoxx France has been sold out since its inception.
For the 2024 edition, we sold 2,300 tickets in 12 minutes on 1 December 2023.
For the 2025 event, some of the tickets will go on sale on December the 2nd on the https://reg.devoxx.fr/ website.A second sale will take place in February 2025.

Operational contact
This person is responsible for following up on your participation, is our point of contact for the exhibition/stand area, and is the person who manages badges. You can indicate more than one person.

Contract owner/responsible
This is the person who signs the Contract between Quantixx (the company organising Devoxx France) and your company. This person must be able to receive our Docusign signature request by email. This person carries the legal burden, and commits the company with decision-making power.

Corporate logo
We'll need your logos in square format, on a white background. Ideally in AI or EPS format. If you wish to send us PNGs or JPGs, please do so in HD, 450px by 450px. Diamond sponsors must provide logos in Vector format.
Choice of stand location
Booths are assigned based on the date of your payment. First paid, first installed. We kindly ask you to provide us with 5 choices, prioritizing the locations you desire the most.
We formalize the location in a document signed by Docusign
Booths that are already reserved are shown in gray on the plan below.
Visitors arrive through Zone B at the top left.
